The word model is often used casually to describe the entire vehicle, but wheel fitment references usually need more detailed identification than the model name alone provides.
Why the Vehicle Model Matters for Wheel Fitment
A model is the starting point for finding a vehicle's wheel specifications. It helps organize fitment information and identify possible donor and target vehicles. However, the same model name may be sold across multiple years or generations with different wheel dimensions.
Depending on the vehicle configuration, specifications may vary for:
